Mike Vacanti
Hello! My name is Mike Vacanti and I love ice cream, my family, trying to live a meaningful life, and programming an uncomfortable, borderline inappropriate amount of Brachialis training volume 😉
In 2012, I quit my corporate accounting job to take a shot at a dream; to turn my passion for fitness into a full time career. And during the past eight years, with the help of various mentors, I’ve been able to coach thousands of individuals, both in the gym and online, to become leaner, stronger, and most importantly feel amazing physically and mentally.
I’m the founder of www.ontheregimen.com and currently Gary Vaynerchuk’s full-time personal trainer. And I truly believe fitness can change your life. I hope to see you in the Mentorship and look forward to meeting you!

Kimberly Schlag
Hi! My name’s Kim and I’m an online strength & nutrition coach. I’m also keen on eating Lucky Charms & deadlifting (never at the same time.)
If you’re training at a gym in your town wondering how (or if) you could possibly make a bigger impact; that’s exactly where I was 2.5 years ago.Â
I was training clients in my teeny basement gym one at a time, jazzed up daily helping women feel the power of strength training, stop the incessant yo-yo diet roller coaster & see that age don’t mean a thing.
I dared to think that just maybe I could do that more effectively in the online space. So, I started posting on IG 2x a day, every day. For years.
It took me 6 months to get my first 1-1 online client. I kept working part time in my basement all the time working as hard as I could to help as many people as possible online for free, teaching them literally everything I knew.
And my business began to grow. A year ago, I transitioned fully online. I’ve since just about tripled my roster of clients and my income.
You’ll be blown away at what you can achieve when you focus tirelessly on helping people and I’m stoked to be here working alongside of you all the way.
Let’s do this!
